With 10+ years of experience in IT, I specialize in cybersecurity governance, project management, and AI strategy within Hong Kong's public sector. I currently serve as Systems Manager at the Fire Services Department, where I lead a portfolio of digital transformation projects — from blockchain-based licensing systems to AI-powered analytics platforms.
I hold multiple professional certifications across cybersecurity, project management, and AI governance, and was recognized with the Cyber Security Professional Award (Merit) by the Hong Kong Police Force and HKCERT.
